Question: A Mason Drive resident asked this question this week: What does the city ordinance say about grass clippings being bagged? And what does the city ordinance say about mixing limbs, leaves, plastic flowerpots, etc. at the curb?
Answer: Grass clippings in Hartselle don't have to be bagged, but should be kept separate from the other items, according to city ordinances.
