Funeral for Faye Richards, 65, of Decatur will be Thursday, May 30 (today), at 2 p.m. at Cedar Creek Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Albert Hodges officiating.
Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Richards died Tuesday, May 28, 2002 at Decatur General Hospital. She was a housewife.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Richards of Decatur; one son, Randy Richards of Athens; one daughter, Lynn Burt of Decatur; three brothers, Richard Foote and Bill Foote, both of Hartselle and Jerry Foote of Decatur; six sisters, Francis Shaneyfelt, Helen Johnson, Alenda Sims, Debbie Miller, Peggy Harvel and Lillie Goad, all of Hartselle and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Billy Jack Shaneyfelt, Bo Linam, Bobby Looney, Allen Harvel, Jeremy Foote and Brian Johnson.
