Funeral for Vaudie Jane Brown, 88, of Mansfield, Ohio was Friday, September 27, 2002 at 12:00 p.m. at Werner Funeral Home Chapel in Mansfield, Ohio with the Revs. Faith Proietti and Jerry Stephenson officiating.
Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Lucas, Ohio.
Mrs. Brown died Tuesday, September 24, 2002, at her residence. A native of Cullman County, she was a caregiving person and was foster mother to many children. She was a devoted gardener and an avid shopper. She was the widow of Homer Brown.
She is survived by a foster son and wife, Carl and Cheryl Randell Simones; and her sister, Maxine Oden of Eva.
