Department planning BBQ sale

Cotaco Fire Department is planning a barbecue sandwich sale Nov. 2 starting at 9 a.m. Sandwiches are $2 each. All proceeds go to support the fire department. Also, the fire department will be having a fall festival that day from 6-8 p.m. There will be prizes, fish pond, cake walk, moon walk and more.
The 44th annual Crestline Elementary School Fall Carnival will be held Saturday, Nov. 2 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. with teacher's review at 1:30-2:30 p.m. A drawing for a 2002 Ford truck will immediately follow the review session. Carnival events include a giant slide, book and cakewalks, and many carnival games.
Admission is free.
