Ruth Windham Birkhimer

Funeral for Ruth Windham Birkhimer, 76, of Columbus, Ohio, was Saturday, Nov. 9, at 10 a.m. at Schoedinger East Chapel in Columbus with Mark Nodo officiating.
Burial was at Greene Lawn Cemetery in Columbus.
Mrs. Birkhimer died Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2002, at her residence. A native of Elba, she enjoyed traveling and long time relationships, from church, school and neighbors.
She is survived by her husband,William R. Birkhimer of Columbus; two sons, Bob Birkhimer and John Birkhimer, both of Columbus; one daughter, Patti Heuer of Cincinnati, Ohio; one sister, Anne Chapman of Hartselle; one brother, Buddy Windham of Elba; and eight grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice of Columbus, Ohio, Faith Lutheran Church of Columbus, Ohio or any Cancer Research Organization.
