Hartsell quiet on test results
By Staff
Those wanting the results of drug tests on Hartselle School System students will have to wait.
Superintendent Dr. Lee Hartsell said he will not release the results until he has talked with the school board at its December meeting.
Hartsell is on vacation this week, as is Board Attorney Bill Shinn.
Under Alabama's Sunshine law, governmental and school board documents are required to be released to the public.
Last week, Hartsell declined comment on "Student X." Student X was the name given to a Hartselle High School student who was disciplined for allegedly coming to a football game drunk.
