Funeral for Wallace Hardwick Garner, 89, of Danville was Friday, Dec. 27, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. J.W. Doss officiating.
Burial was in Herring Cemetery.
Mr. Garner died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2002, at Parkway Medical Center. A native of Morgan County, he was a member of McKendree United Methodist Church and a farmer.
He is survived by his son, Charles Garner of Danville; his daughter, Bobbie Garner of Danville; three sisters, Robbie Morris and Sarah Morris, both of Hartselle and Eddie Simmons of Decatur; four grandsons; and 13 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Jeffrey Garner, Daniel Garner, Bruce Garner, Gregory Garner, Stratton Garner and Thomas Garner.
