Funeral for Diris England, 74, of Falkville was Friday, Feb. 14, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Hale officiating.
Burial was in Lawrence Cove Cemetery (Pine Burr) in Eva.
Mrs. England died Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2003, at her residence A native of Blount County, she was a Christian and was a retired nurse from Parkway Hospital.
She is survived by two sons, Owen M. Smith and Richard Smith; one sister, Iris F. England; five grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Billy Kennedy, Frankie Millious, John Smith, Bruce Cox, Lonnie McCutcheon and Rodger Pate.
