Ethel Hopper Prater

A graveside service for Ethel Hopper Prater, 89, of Falkville was Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 11 a.m. at Hartselle City Cemetery with the Rev. Brooks Barkley officiating.
Mrs. Prater died Saturday, Feb. 22, 2003, at Falkville Health Care. A native of Morgan County, she was a member of First Baptist Church of Hartselle and a nurse who retired from Hartselle Hospital after 20 years.
She is survived by one son, Albert G. Hopper of Hartselle; three grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Tom Bennich, Fred Stacks, Bill Russell, Oscar Knox, Percy Landers and Homer Landrum.
