Funeral for Ocho Holmes, 88, of Eva was Wednesday, March 5, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Dennis officiating.
Burial was in Enon Cemetery at Eva.
Mr. Holmes died Tuesday, March 4, 2003, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. A native of Morgan County, he was a farmer and co-owner of Holmes Gin in Eva.
He is survived by his wife, Datchel Ryan Holmes of Eva; two daughters, Clovis Holmes of Eva and Annie Jo Key of Hartselle; one brother, Elvin Holmes of Eva; two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
