Funeral for Charles Leroy Kemp, 61, of Hartselle was Monday, March 10, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Green officiating.
Mr. Kemp died Friday, March 7, 2003, at Veterans Administration Hospital in Memphis. A native of Etowah County, he was a concrete finisher.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Kemp of Hartselle; one son, Robert Kemp of Kalamazoo, Mich.; two daughters, Shelly Kemp of Hartselle and Lisa Homrich of Kalamazoo, Mich.; three brothers, David Kemp of Athens, Jack Kemp of Alexandria City and Jimmy Godwin of Columbia, Tenn.; two sisters, Glenda Guele of Athens and Imogene Langston of Fort Payne; and five grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
