Funeral for Willard Leon Steele, 76, of Falkville was Sunday, March 23, at 2 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Danny Garrison officiating.
Burial was in Round Top Cemetery.
Mr. Steele died Friday, March 21, 2003, at Hartselle Medical Center. He was a native of Lawrence County.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Steele of Falkville; two stepsons, Timmy Ray Watkins and Willard Lee Steele, both of Falkville; one stepdaughter, Janice Stearns of Falkville; two brothers, Robert Steele of Collinville and Edward Woodard of Rogersville; one sister, Mary Lee Chamess of Moulton; two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Tim Watkins, Brian Nelson, Derick Halbrooks, Dusty Halbrooks, Eddie Woodard and Ronnie Woodard.
