The Huntsville Botanical Garden will present the annual Spring Festival of Flowers throughout April. The celebration offers a feast for the eyes with tens of thousands of blooming tulips, daffodils, dogwoods, azaleas, a wildflower trail and giant bug topiaries.

Festival weekends will include music and special activities for children. Festival hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday – Saturday and 1-5 p.m. on Sundays. Admission is charged.
Highlights of the event include a month-long photography competition; wildflower photography workshop on April 5; Wildflower Weekend on April 5-6; 22nd annual Spring Plant Sale April 11-13; Bonsai Show April 26-27; a Sybil Sylvester Floral Design Seminar April 29; and Garden Chats weekdays at 2 p.m. The chats will cover such topics as herbs, pruning, container gardening and gardening made easy.
