Charles 'Bud' Fulton Massey, Jr.

Funeral for Charles "Bud" Fulton Massey Jr., 77, of Hartselle, was Wednesday, April 9, at 10:30 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Hacker officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle City Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Massey died Monday, April 7, 2003, at Hartselle Medical Center. He was born Jan. 3, 1926 in Madison County to Charles Fulton Massey Sr. and Willie Parsons Massey. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hartselle and was a Veteran of World War II and the Korean War, having served in the United States Army as a Master Sergeant. He retired from Wolverine Tube after 35 years.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Jean Hill Massey of Hartselle; one sister, Evelyn Massey Segars of Hartselle; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Mike Black, Hobson Ward Jr., Frank Ellis, Charles Quinn, Rassie Wallace and Henry Griffith.
