HHS grad dies in wreck

A 2001 Hartselle High School graduate who had just completed boot camp in Parris Island, S.C. was killed in a three-car wreck Sunday afternoon.
Casey L. McVay, 19, of Lacey's Spring died Sunday afternoon at Huntsville Hospital after a three-vehicle wreck Sunday morning just east of Hartselle.
She had recently completed boot camp with the U.S. Marines at Parris Island, S.C.
Jeremy McVay, 18, was a passenger in his sister Casey' s car. He was treated and released from Decatur General Hospital. He is a senior at Hartselle High School.
Wesley K. Cooper, 16, and Chris South, 14, both of Eva, were injured in another vehicle.
