A graveside service for Daniel K. Jacobs, 22, of Whiteville, N.C., was Monday, Sept. 22, at 10 a.m. at Hartselle City Cemetery with Ronald Jacobs officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Jacobs died Friday, Sept. 19, 2003, at Duke University Hospital. He was born May 11, 1981 in Madison to William E. Jacobs and Beverly Potts.
He is survived by his father, William E. Jacobs of Cullman; his mother, Beverly Potts of Selma, Ore.; two brothers, William A. Jacobs and Chris Floyd, both of Whiteville, N.C.; his sister, Sherri Jean Jacobs of Priceville; and his grandparents, Romilda L. Jacobs of Hartselle and Dorothy Martin of Dunstable, Mass.
