Finette Solomon, 86, of Somerville, died Friday, Sept. 20, 2003, at Falkville Health Care Center. Mrs. Solomon was born July 25, 1917, in Lawrence County to John H. McMinemon and Annis Mullins McMinemon. She was the widow of Arthur Solomon.
A memorial service will be announced later by the family with Peck Funeral Home handling arrangements.
She is survived by one son, Arthur Solomon of Decatur; one daughter, Joyce Petro of Somerville; two sisters, Wilma McNally and Jane Hattery, both of Somerville; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
