Funeral for Mary Lorene Blair, 83, of Decatur will be Thursday (today), Oct. 2, at 1:30 p.m. at Roselawn Chapel with the Revs. WG Henry and Harold Thompson officiating.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Blair died Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2003, at Sierra Springs Assisted Living. She was born April 8, 1920, to Utra Virgil Hardin and Ollie Coots Hardin. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Hartselle. She was the grandmother of the late Geoffrey Owen Raley.
She is survived by her husband, John Weldon Blair of Decatur; one daughter, LaNell Blair Raley of Decatur; two granddaughters, Daphne Raley Sittason and Jennifer Raley Sittason, both of Hartselle; and six great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Coots, O.B. Hardin, Kenneth Hardin, Allan Littrell, Steve Hart and Raymond Breeding.
