Summerford sisters reunite
By Staff
Six Summerford sisters who grew up in the Massey community recently enjoyed another bi-annual trip together. The group traveled to Hot Springs, Ark., where they cruised on a riverboat and relished in therapeutic spa treatments. They also enjoyed the acclaimed musical comedy "The Bathouse Show."
From Hot Springs, the sisters tool Scenic Route 7 north, exploring Mystic Caverns along the way, to Eureka Springs, Ark. There they saw "The Great Passion Play," an inspirational amphitheater pageant, and toured the Holy Land in the Ozark Mountains.
For two days following, the ladies enjoyed country and comedy shows in Branson, Mo.
During the daylong drive home, the group agreed to fondly reminisce about the fun, food and fellowship enjoyed during their trip until the next adventure in fall 2005.
