Funeral for Dollie M. Lewis, 100, of 901 Barclift St., Hartselle was Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 8 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Joe Nuss officiating.
Burial was in Lee's Chapel Cemetery in Middlesex, N.C.
Mrs. Lewis died Sunday, November 23, 2003, at Decatur Health &Rehab Center. She was born April 10, 1903, in Johnstown, Penn., to William Ernest Smith and Ray Albert Smith.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Hartselle.
She is survived by one son, Donald D. Lewis, Sr. of Hartselle; four grandchildren, Donald, David, Drew and Jennifer; and five great grandchildren, Heather, Donavan, Zachery, Chelsea and Abigail.
