Funeral for William Boyd Fann, 81, of Huntsville was Friday, Dec. 5, at 11 a.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Pressnell officiating.
Burial was in Huntsville Memory Gardens.
Mr. Fann died Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003, at Floyd E. "Tut" Fann State Veterans Home in Huntsville. He was born October 6, 1922 in Alabama. He was a member of Flint Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Virgie Frances Graham Fann of Decatur; four daughters, Jeanne Newsom and Betty Cheatham, both of Hartselle, Martha Green of Decatur and Debbie Cook of Arab; one brother, Charles Fann of Elkmont; two sisters, Edith Marlowe and Ann Brazelton, both of Huntsville; eight grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Todd Newsom, Brandon Stutts, Ashley Stutts, Donnie Green, Chad Long, Chuck Long, David Wallace and Tommy Brown.
