Funeral for Lois Eveleen Sanders, 94, of Falkville was Monday, Dec. 15, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Harold Fanning officiating.
Burial was in Bethel Cemetery.
Mrs. Sanders died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2003, at Hartselle Medical Center. She was born Sept. 4, 1909, in Morgan County to Washington C. Powell and Lizzie Walker Powell. She was a member of Shoal Creek Baptist Church. She was the widow of Harvey C. Sanders and the mother of the late H. C. Sanders, Jr.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Faye Sanders of Jackson, Tenn.; one sister, Sarah Dobbs of Hartselle; granddaughter, Devona Tomlin; grandson, Gregg Sanders; and three great grandchildren.
