Dunreath Drake Ferguson

Funeral for Dunreath Drake Ferguson, 95, of Falkville was Wednesday, Jan. 7, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Revs. Ronnie Bullard and Greg Alred officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Ferguson died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004, at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born December 4, 1908, in Morgan County to John Robert Drake and Elizabeth Drake. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, William O. Ferguson, her parents, two brothers, J. B. Drake and Clarence "Pete" Drake, one sister, Odell Drake, two sons, James R. "Jim" Ferguson and Elbon P. Ferguson; one daughter, Katie Ferguson and one grandson, James David Ferguson. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church for more than 83 years.
She is survived by three sons, Johnny W. Ferguson of Falkville, Jerry M. Ferguson of Hartselle and Billy J. Ferguson of Gatlinburg, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
Pallbearers were Lance Ferguson, Mike Ferguson, Donald Ferguson, Randy Ferguson, Shannon Ferguson, Larry Ferguson and Eddie Ferguson.
