Funeral for Roger D. Pate, 57, of Tuscaloosa, will be Friday, Jan. 16, at Fairview First Baptist Church in Cullman Co. with the Rev. Jim Abbott officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Mr. Pate died Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2004, at his residence. He was born July 8, 1946, in Alabama to Claude Pate and Iris England. He was a warrant officer in the United States Army.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy J. Pate of Tuscaloosa; two sons, William "Billy" Pate of Arab and Dale Pate of Birmingham; a daughter, Lisa Diane of Arab; his mother, Iris England of Falkville; a sister, Nell Duquette of Falkville; half-sister, Claudia Brown of Battle Creek, Mich.; and four grandchildren.
