How would you like to energize your personal and private life? Would you like a way to save money and time, achieve your goals? We are pleased to start the New Year with an exciting opportunity for you to do just that.
On Thursday, Jan. 29 at 5:30 p.m. the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce will have a ribbon cutting for Power 2 Transform at the chamber office.
Immediately following this short ceremony John Bentley, a performance consultant, will present a one hour preview of "Winning With People." This will be free to the first 25 people to respond. A minimal charge will apply to all others; this will cover the cost of the materials. This is a wonderful opportunity for you and your employees.
Understanding yourself and how your behavior affects others and understanding others behaviors and how it affects the people around them. By understanding these difference and likenesses you are better able to appreciate and connect people in positive ways, thereby enabling them to achieve their goals. Wow, what an exciting concept and great tool that can be used not only in the workplace but also at home, at church, everywhere.
You will explore four primary dimensions of behavior: dominance, influence, steadiness and conscientiousness
You will learn proven ways to motivate to improve relationships, increase your appreciation of differences, anticipate and minimize conflicts and the secret to interacting with others.
We hope that this is just the first of many seminars to be offered to members and non-members.
