Chamber seeks nominees

Each year, the Chamber's annual banquet serves as a great place to meet and network with other Chamber members while enjoying great food and interesting speakers. This years banquet is set for March 11 and will be held at the Sparkman Civic Center.
The agenda will be similar to those in the past in that we will recognize the outgoing Board members and welcome their replacements. We will have a special guest speaker and we will present the following awards:
Dr. Thomas M. Guyton Humanitarian Award – The person who receives this award is a "gift" to the community, seeks to improve others' lives, gives and gives – but yet never asks or takes in return, never complains of being too busy to get involved and is totally involved in their church, work, etc.
E.R. Roberts Business &Civic Award – The person who receives this award displays honesty, hard work, strong civic support, fair treatment, is active in the community, church, and Chamber of Commerce.
John J. Sparkman Citizenship Award – The person who receives this award has gone beyond the call of duty and has dedicated time and effort for the Hartselle area and Morgan County.
This is where your help is needed. We need your nominations from all chamber members for the Award recipients and New Board members. If you have not received your nomination forms in the mail, or need additional forms, they are available at the Chamber office. Please complete and return to the Chamber office by Thursday, Feb. 26. Your participation and input are vital.
