Funeral for Burtie Mae Watkins Robinson, 75, of Hanceville was Friday, Feb. 27, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Donald Dugger officiating.
Burial was in Burningtree Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Robinson died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2004, at Woodland Community Hospital in Cullman. She was born June 15, 1928, in Morgan County to Albert C. Watkins and Viola Holt Watkins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy A. Robinson.
She is survived by five sons, James Edward Robinson, Andrew Robinson and John D. Robinson, all of Hartselle, Loyd Robinson, Jr. of Danville and Bobby Lee Parker of Decatur; five daughters, Shirley Fay Morgan, Linda Kay Moran, Mary Cooper and Wilma Carver, all of Falkville and Sandra Hitt of Lawrenceburg, Tenn.; one brother, Arthur Watkins of Somerville; two sisters, Annie Mae Heights of Hartselle and Pearl Ashley of Birmingham; 34 grandchildren; and 30 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were grandsons.
