Identifying a methamphetamine lab

In the past, methamphetamine labs were usually found in rural areas. Because they generate strong odors, meth manufacturers felt safer in remote areas.
Those times have changed, however, with more meth being made in urban areas, including mobile labs in outbuildings and cars.
As the drugs' popularity continues to increase, law enforcement officials are reporting higher number of illegal meth labs.
