Haskins welcome baby boy
Matthew Donald Haskins, son of Mark and Amanda Haskins of Hartselle, was born Jan. 20, 2004, at UAB Hospital. He weighed 4 pounds and 1 ounce and was 16 1/2 inches long. He is the grandson of Don and Kathy Hough, Bill and Carmen Copeland, all of Hartselle, and Paul Douglas Haskins of Hickory, N.C.
He is the great grandson of James Burns and Mildred Brown, both of Falkville, Mildred Hough of Decatur, and Carmen Ramirez of New Port News, Va.
He is the nephew of Susan Brown of Hartselle, Paul and Lori Haskins of Williamton, N.C., Steve and Misty Haskins and Michael and Emilee Haskins, all of Colonial Heights, Va.
Tanners welcome baby girl
Anna Catherine Tanner, daughter of Alan and Dorann Wilburn Tanner of Alabaster, formerly of Hartselle, was born Thursday, April 1, 2004, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center. She weighed 8 pounds and 13 ounces and was 20 inches long. She is the sister of Noah Edward Tanner. She is the granddaughter of Dorothy Wilburn of Calera, formerly of Hartselle, the late Edward Wilburn, and Robert and Cathy Tanner of Florence.
