A graveside service for Leon Jessie Martin, 83, of Dunnellon, Fla., was Wednesday, April 7, at 1 p.m. at Falkville City Cemetery with Phillip Hines officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Martin died Sunday, April 4, 2004, at Sunshine Gardens Assisted Living in Dunnellon, Fla. He was born Aug. 21, 1920, in Morgan County to Odis Martin and Lillian Dicie Walling Martin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Wilde Martin.
He is survived by one son, Perry Martin of New York; one daughter, Diane Caywood of Dunnellon, Fla.; two grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
