Funeral for Chad Fagan, 22, of Decatur, was Sunday, May 16, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Graham officiating.
A military graveside service was in Bethel Cemetery near Eva.
Mr. Fagan died Friday, May 14, 2004, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born June 29, 1981, in Morgan County. He was a student at Calhoun Community College. He was a graduate of Danville High School and served in the U.S. Marines for four years.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, Mike and Tahatha Fagan of Hartselle; mother and stepfather, Debbie and Steve Graham of Falkville; guardians, Gladys and Art Galbreath of Somerville; grandparents, John and Barbara Fagan of Somerville and Perry and Reba Carden of Decatur; one brother, Brandon Carden of Madison; four sisters, Brittaney Maddox and husband Nicky of Falkville, Chelsea Fagan of Hartselle and Gayle Galbreath and Christine Holland, both of Decatur; one stepbrother, Jeremy Graham and wife Chrystal of Falkville; three nieces, Camilla Graham, Riley Maddox and Hannah Holland; four nephews, Jonathan Galbreath, Jack Holland, and Cole and Clay Graham.
Pallbearers were Todd Fagan, Johnny Fagan, Nicky Maddox, Jeremy Graham, Jeff Shumake, John Holland and Jonathan Galbreath.
