McFee, Clemons to wed June 19
John and Jennifer McFee of Hartselle announce the engagement of their daughter, Alyson Elizabeth McFee, to Richard Patrick Clemons of Scottsboro, son of Dick and Laura Clemons of Hartselle.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Hartselle High School and The University of Alabama with a degree in marketing. She is employed by Wells Fargo Financial in Huntsville. She is the granddaughter of Billie McFee of Pasadena, Md., the late John McFee, and G.C. and Ruth McCall of Nashville, Tenn.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Hartselle High School and The University of Alabama with a degree in chemical engineering. He is employed by Diolen Industrial Fibers in Scottsboro. He is the grandson of Robert and Virginia Clemons of Hartselle and Juanita and Malcolm Crowder of Chickamauga, Ga.
The wedding will he held June 19 at 2 p.m. at Hartselle First United Methodist Church.
Stevens, Jackson to wed July 24
The Rev. and Mrs. Clyde Stevens of Fayette announce the engagement of their daughter, Jesse Laura Stevens, to Joshua Steven Jackson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steven Ernest Jackson of Hartselle.
The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Fayette County High School and a 2003 graduate of The University of Alabama.
She is employed by Gwinnett County Public Schools in Lawrenceville, Ga. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. T.E. Cooper of Reform and the late Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Johnson.
The groom-elect is a 1996 graduate of Hartselle High School and a 2001 graduate of Athens State University. He is employed by The North River Yacht Club.
He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Jewell Jackson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Mitchell Rogers Jr.
The wedding will be held July 24 at 2 p.m. at Fayette First Baptist Church.
Davis, Hall exchange vows
Shelley Ren/ Davis and James Alan Hall, both of Hartselle, were wed May 15, 2004, at 4 p.m. at West Hartselle Baptist Church with the Rev. Jack Redfern officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey C. Davis of Hartselle. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James E. Hall of Danville.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a formal gown of antique Duchess satin and silk chiffon. The molded strapless bodice was richly adorned with crystal bugle beads and accented with silver bugle beads. The gown's focal interest was the laced corselette back.
The soft ball gown skirt of silk organza was circular and swept into a chapel train. Her veil of imported French tulle was held by a matching bridal bandeau of crystals.
Her bouquet featured hocus pocus roses and tomango red roses.
Kelly Davis Routh of Decatur, twin sister of the bride, was the matron of honor.
The bride's attendants were Bridget Leigh Eaton, Cindy Marie Grammer and Brandy Wilson Davis, all of Hartselle, and Sara Barnett of New Market.
Claire Marie Grammer of Hartselle was the flower girl. Mitchell Winston Grammer of Hartselle was the ring bearer. William Steven Grammer of Hartselle was the Bible bearer.
James E. Hall, father of the groom, was the best man.
Groomsmen were Gregg Allen Hancock of Bowling Green, Ky., Winston Steven Grammer and Christopher Michael Davis, both of Hartselle.
Anna Craig and Emily Craig, both of Hartselle, were the bell ringers.
Music was provided by pianist Deanna Anderson, organist Nora Smith, and soloist Beth Bole, all of Hartselle.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the fellowship hall.
Sharron Steele of Hartselle was the wedding director.
Brittany Eaton and Jessica Woodruff, both of Hartselle, attended the bride's book.
Zachary Woodruff and Chelsea Woodruff, both of Hartselle, were the rice boy and girl.
The couple honeymooned in New Orleans. They will reside in Hartselle.
A rehearsal party, hosted by the groom's parents, was held May 14 at West Hartselle Baptist Church.
