Funeral for Nick Schooley, 44, of Union Grove will be Thursday (today), May 20, at 1:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Howard Johnson officiating.
Burial was in Valhermoso Springs Cemetery.
Mr. Schooley died Tuesday, May 18, 2004 in Lacey's Spring. He was born June 26, 1959, in Lauderdale County to Robert Schooley and Carolyn Murphy Schooley. He was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Casey McVay.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Schooley of Union Grove; two sons, Jarrod Schooley and Heath Schooley, both of Florence; one step-son, Jeremy McVay of Union Grove; two step-daughters, Courtney Grant of Jacksonville, N.,C. and Haley Brown of Union Grove; his father, Robert Schooley of Danville; his mother, Carolyn Schooley of Lacey's Spring; one brother, Roger Schooley of Decatur; his sister, Lisa Clemons of Florence; and one grandson, Micheal Schooley.
Pallbearers were Don Palmer, Shawn Dudley, Mike Murphy, John Halbert, Steve Milberger and Jerry Feilder.
