Funeral for Hollis Wilson Sparkman, 76, will be Thursday, July 22 (today) at 1:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Harold Thompson and Buddy Brown officiating.
Burial will be at Johnson Chapel.
Mr. Sparkman died July 20, 2004 at his residence. He was born October 24, 1927 to Clifton Sparkman and Leona Vandiver Sparkman.
He was a member of Neel Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Maverine Sparkman.
He is survived by a son, Michael Lynn Sparkman; a daughter, Cathy Sparkman Crow; two brothers, David Sparkman and Charles Horace Sparkman; one sister, Linda Anders. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Larry Sparkman, Stanley Sparkman, Maurice Sparkman, Eddie Sparkman, Derek Sparkman, Dustin Sparkman and Justin Sparkman.
