Funeral for Ethel Pitt Wilhite, 79, of Falkville was Tuesday, Nov. 23, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Barnett officiating.
Burial was in Roundtop Cemetery.
Mrs. Wilhite died Saturday, Nov. 20, 2004, at Hartselle Medical Center. She was born June 12, 1925, in Morgan County to James Barnett and Oler Key Barnett. She was preceded in death by a son, Frank Barnett.
She is survived by her husband, Vernon Wilhite of Falkville; three stepsons, Charles Wilhite of Vinemont, Jerry Wilhite of Robertsdale and Harold Wilhite; one stepdaughter, Jean Pike of Falkville; four brothers, Cleve Barnett of Hartselle, Rufus Barnett of Falkville, Gordon Barnett of Huntsville and Erskin Barnett of Somerville; one sister, Zelma Cheatham of Hartselle; and one grandchild.
