Funeral for Hassie Orr, 82, of Hartselle was Friday, Jan. 14, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. J. T. Copeland officiating.
A graveside service was held at 2:30 p.m. at Bennett's Cemetery in Jasper.
Mrs. Orr died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005, at her residence. She was born April 26, 1922, in Morgan County to Hoyle Pitman and Laura Louancy King Pitman.
She is survived by two sons, James C. Orr of Jasper and Billy D. Orr of Hartselle; one daughter, Linda Crowe of Hartselle; three sisters, Hattie Robbins, Hettie Stewart and Betty Copeland, all of Hartselle; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Jimmy Robbins, Wayne Copeland, Bobby Robbins, J.T. Copeland, Cody Mobley and Ken Mobley.
