Head coach Keith Corder said there are several teams who can win the title.
"Scottsboro, Arab and Huntsville can all win it," Corder said. "Scottsboro has three guys who should win their weight classes at state and three other guys who can place. That won't win you many dual matches, but it makes them a threat come tournament time."
Action begins Jan. 21 at 5 p.m. and continues Jan. 22 at 9 a.m. The top four finishers advance to next week's state championships.
