Funeral for Paul Walker, 84, of Hartselle was Monday, Feb. 14, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Marion Beavers of Marietta, Ga. officiating.
Burial was in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery at Upshaw, in Winston County.
Mr. Walker died Friday, Feb. 11, 2005, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born July 19, 1920, in Winston County to Monroe Daniel Walker and Nevady Legg Walker.
He was retired owner of Paul Walker Construction and American Homes, where he was a builder, developer, and real estate broker. He was a Shriner, and a 32nd degree free and accepted Mason. Mr. Walker was an avid fisherman who loved the outdoors and working in the yard. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Hartselle.
He is survived by one son, Paul Michael Walker of Hartselle; one brother, Kenneth Walker of Arley; and two sisters, Lucille Walker of Danville and Lodine Prater of Speake.
