Funeral for Bertha Mae Brewer Ferguson, 75, of Hartselle was Sunday, Feb. 27, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Revs. Ronnie Bullard and Greg Alred officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Ferguson died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005. She was born July 10, 1929, in Lawrence County to Leroy Brewer and Della Moore Brewer. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Ferguson and one son, James David Ferguson.
She is survived by two sons, Don Ferguson of Hartselle and Randy Ferguson of Madison; one daughter, Jackie Ferguson Graham of Ardmore, Ala.; one brother, Calvin Brewer of Hartselle; one sisters, Blanche Rhoden of Neptune Beach, Fla.; three granddaughters, Heather Ferguson Brannon, Leah Ferguson and Ashley Ferguson; six grandsons, Sam Ferguson, David Ferguson, Ben Ferguson, Matthew Ferguson, Mac Graham and Tyler Ferguson.
Pallbearers were Larry Ferguson, Eddie Ferguson, Lance Ferguson, Larry Brewer, Ronnie Waddell and Shannon Ferguson.
