Funeral for Rusty Byars, 64, of Hartselle was Friday, April 8, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Gary Peebles officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Byars died Tuesday, April 5, 2005, at her residence. She was born Oct. 4, 1940, in Thief River Falls, Minn., to Ed Leroy Morehouse and Evelyn Lucille Welch Morehouse. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy D. Byars.
She is survived by one son, Randall Allen Byars of Clovis, N.M.; one daughter, Debby Johnson of Hartselle; one brother, Max Morehouse of Washington; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
