Price Sparks

Funeral for Price Sparks, 85, of Falkville was Monday, May 2, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral home Chapel with the Rev. David Boseman officiating.
Burial was in Salem Cemetery.
Mr. Sparks died Saturday, April 30, 2005, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born Sept. 7, 1919, in Alabama to Jim Sparks and Hattie Mae Teague Sparks. He was a retired press operator at Chore-Time. He was preceded in death by one son, Ottis Sparks, four sisters, Maggie Nicholson, Minnie Simmons, Dennie Grissom and Annie Lindley, and his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Pernie Sparks of Falkville; one son, Royce Sparks of Birmingham; four daughters, Marie Grisham of Decatur, Sue Reed of Nashville, Fay Blackwood of Trinity and Debbie Sparks of Falkville; one brother, Jesse Sparks of Moulton; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Scott Sheffield, Gary Summerford, Ricky Owen, Allen Lawrence, Marty Sparks and Craig Sparks.
