Funeral for Bobby Samuel Holmes, 69, of Falkville was Saturday, May 7, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Miller officiating.
Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery.
Mr. Holmes died Thursday, May 5, 2005, at Hartselle Medical Center. He was born June 23, 1935, in Morgan County to Dewey Holmes and Travis Lindsey Holmes.
He is survived by five brothers, Wade Holmes and Gene Holmes, both of Charleston, Ind., David Holmes and Jerry Holmes, both of Falkville and Boyd Holmes of Decatur; three sisters, Wanda Atkins of Semi Valley, Calif. and Edna Martines and Becky Ragusa of Atlanta, Ga.
Pallbearers were nephews.
