Funeral for Estelle Tucker Lindley, 86, of Hartselle was Sunday, May 29, at 3:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Chuck Smith officiating.
Burial was in Lebanon Cemetery.
Mrs. Lindley died Friday, May 27, 2005, at her residence. She was a member of Piney Grove Christian Church and worked at Strickland Drugs from the late 1950's until the early 1970's. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy "Byrd" Lindley.
She is survived by four daughters, Carolyn Lindley Gosa of Vernon, Kay Lindley and Ray Lindley, both of Hartselle and Sondra Lindley Bryan of Eva; three brothers, James L. Tucker of North Fort Myers, Fla., Onnie E. Tucker of Hartselle and Kenneth D. Tucker of Warner Robins, Ga.; one sister, Shirley Tucker of Hartselle; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Pallbearers were Tom Whitley, Joshua Bryan, Paul Morgan and Wendell Bryan.
