Funeral for Ronald Francis Dodson, 65, of Decatur will be Thursday (today), July 7, at 7 p.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rich Thompson officiating.
Mr. Dodson died Saturday, July 2, 2005, at his residence. He was born July 10, 1939, in Washington, D.C. to Frank Dodson and Virginia Kidwell Dodson. He was a Baptist.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Dodson of Decatur; two sons, Monty Dodson of Trinity and Rony Dodson of Orange County, Va; five daughters, Ronalda F. Dodson of Decatur, Rhonda Mills and Tammy Dodson, both of Fredricksburg, Va; Kay Dodson of Ashland, Va, Sarah Cooper of Stafford, Va; two brothers, Stevie Dodson of Manassus, Va and Frankie Dodson of Spottsyvania, Va; one sister, Norma Pearson of DC Suburb, Va.
