Weil, Lovering exchange vows
Brandi Leigh Anne Weil of McDonough, Ga., formerly of Hartselle, and Kevin Joseph Lovering of Donalsonville, Ga. were wed April 16, 2005, at 2 p.m. at North Metro First Baptist Church in Lawrenceville, Ga. with the Rev. Joseph Yarbrough officiating.
The bride is the daughter of James and Kelly Jones of McDonough, Ga. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joel Wallace of Hartselle and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Jones of Decatur.
The groom is the son of Joey and Karen Lovering of Donalsonville, Ga.
The church and alter were adorned with English ivy, calla lilies, a 30-light candelabra, and two 15-light spiral candelabras. A table sat in memory of the bride's late great grandfather, Luther C. Wallace of Hartselle.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a formal gown of diamond white duchess satin accented with pearls. The strapless gown was fashioned with a corsette closing in the back. A wrapped waistline opened to an apron skirt revealing an underskirt of silk English net.
Her veil of French illusion was bordered with pearls and held by a rhinestone-studded tiara. Her cascading bouquet featured white calla lilies, red roses, pink stargazer lilies and ivy.
Amy Smith of McDonough, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Shayna Weil of McDonough, sister of the bride, was maid of honor.
Bridal attendants were Kelly Nettles of Lawrenceville, Ashley Denmark of McDonough, Mandy Lovering of Donalsonville, sister of the groom, Leah Wallace of Florence, Ashley Suncan of Lawrenceville, Tiffany Wallace of Decatur, and Katherine Smith of McDonough.
They wore A-line tea length strapless dresses by Alfred Angelo of wine with bands of champagne.
McKenna Wright of Decatur was flower girl. Kyle Bowen of Buford, Ga. was ring bearer.
The groom's father was best man.
Groomsmen were Bryan Grantham of Duluth, Ga., Jeff LeCraw of Deluth, Chris Harwell of Alpharetta, Ga., Josh Davis of Atlanta, Will Mizelle of Atlanta, Jeremy Atkinson of Bainbridge, Ga., Shaun Dishman of Alpharetta, and Jon Jones of Tampa, Fla.
Barry Wallace of Tuscaloosa and John Duncan of Lawrenceville were candlelighters.
Music was provided by Tony and Julie Ann Hamilton of Gainsville, Ga., Chris Austin of Auburn, Ga., and Kathy Jo Baker of Trussville.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Collins Hill Golf Club.
The bride's table, covered in white and wine colored tablecloths, featured a three-tier French vanilla cake of butter cream icing adorned with pink sorbet and wine colored rosebuds. Calla lilies cascaded from the top tier.
The groom's table featured a chocolate cake with chocolate icing decorated with the Georgia Tech logo.
JoAnne Austin was wedding director. Areatha Keesey, Cindy Enoch, Gloria Duncan, Jane Thomas, Hannah Keesey and Kaley Williamson assisted with the reception.
Kaley Williamson of Lawrenceville attended the bride's book.
Christopher Austin and Ben Austin of Auburn were the aisle runner attendants.
The couple honeymooned in Orlando, Fla. at Walt Disney World.
They live in Virginia.
A rehearsal dinner was held April 15 at 8 p.m. at Hamilton Mill Tea Room in Dacula, Ga., hosted by the groom's parents.

Anna Bruneese Cole of Danville and Charles Andrew Newsom of Dothan were wed June 4, 2005, at 6 p.m. at Danville Baptist Church with the Rev. Jack Bailey officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Terry and Gerry Cole of Danville. The groom is the son of Jimmy and Sharon Newsom of Dothan.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, chose a formal gown of white duchess sating accented with re-embroidered European lace. The strapless gown featured a molded bodice richly embellished with seed pearls and iridescent sequins. The full skirt of satin featured a deeply pleated inset richly adorned with a floral design of pearls and crystal beading, which swept into a cathedral length train. Her fingertip veil of imported French tulle was held by a bridal bandeau of pearls and luminous crystals.
The bride's mother was matron of honor. Amanda Krusmark of Madison was maid of honor. The bride's attendants were Rhnea Mahaney of Atlanta, Julia Cole of Moulton, Holly Gustafson of Huntsville, Carrie Wells of Waco, Texas, Shelli Davis of Athens, and Heather Todd of Athens. They wore floor-length strapless dresses of Victorian lilac crepe. They carried mixed bouquets of purple Arantguarde roses, larkspur, dianthus, daisies and caspia.
Hannah Kelly of Dothan was the flower girl. Brody Cole of Moulton was the ring bearer. Mason Mahaney of Atlanta was the bell ringer.
The groom's father was best man.
Groomsmen were Jake Cole of Moulton, Spencer Cole of Danville, Bryan Gustafson of Huntsville, Ben Barron of Dothan, Chris Pruitt of Dothan, and John Goodwin of Columbus, Ga.
Music was provided by Spencer Cole, Bryna Grant of Hendersonville, Tenn., Heather Kyle of Decatur, and pianist Terry Moore of Decatur.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the fellowship hall.
The bride's table featured a six-tier cake adorned with fresh flowers in various hues of purple. Candles accented the table.
The groom's table featured a three-tier chocolate cake adorned with chocolate covered strawberries. Chocolate baskets overflowing with assorted chocolates filled the table.
Terri Mause was wedding director. Dian Penney, Christine Ellenburg, Charlotte Ellenburg, Jenny Millwood, Katie Howard, Cassie McCord, Brooke Ann Battles, Laura Prosser and Andrea Byrd assisted with the reception.
Michelle McInnis of Dothan, Holly Reeves and Carrie Beth Tidwell of Hartselle attended the bride's book.
The couple honeymooned in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. They live in Decatur.

Wilemon, Perry to wed Aug. 13
Timothy E. and Angie Ball Wilemon (formerly of Hartselle) of Hayden announce the engagement of their daughter, Cassie Alma Wilemon, to Joshua Thomas Perry, son of Mr. and Mrs. James H. Perry Jr. of Hayden.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Hayden High School and currently attends the Capstone College of Nursing at The University of Alabama. She is employed with Gastroenterology Consultants of Tuscaloosa.
She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harlon Wilemon of Hayden, Claudine Ball of Hartselle and the late Leldon Ball.
The groom-elect is a 2002 graduate of Hayden High School and is currently pursuing a degree in accounting at The University of Alabama. He is employed at The Capstone Golf Course in Brookwood.
He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Perry Sr. of Gardendale and Mr. and Mrs. George Griffith of Gadsden.
The wedding will be held Aug. 13 at 6 p.m. at Smokerise Baptist Church in Warrior.
A reception will follow at Plantation Steakhouse in Hayden.
Garrison, Decatur to wed Aug. 6
Tim and Patty Jo Garrison of Hartselle announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly BethAnne Garrison, to Clifton Paul Decatur, son of Linda Decatur of Trinity and Rickey and Violet Decatur of Moulton.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of A.P. Brewer High School and is currently attending Calhoun Community College.
She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Garrison, Joe Couey, Patty Byrd and Vera Couey, all of Hartselle, and Mr. and Mrs. Ruel Byrd of Decatur, and the late Roy Couey.
The groom-elect is a 1999 graduate of Lawrence County High School. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sapp and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Decatur.
The wedding will be held Aug. 6 at 2 p.m. at Tunsel Road Baptist Church.
