Funeral for Kenneth Taylor, 69, of Falkville was Friday, Aug. 26, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Walter Blackmon, M.G. Mann and Kenneth Wade Taylor officiating.
Burial was in Falkville City Cemetery.
Mr. Taylor, died Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2005, at his residence. He was born Aug. 28, 1935, in Morgan County to James Draper Taylor Sr. and Elmie O. Holoway Taylor. He was a member of East Highland Baptist Church. He was employed by Meadow Gold Dairy for 43 1/2 years.
He is survived by his wife, Fay Brindley Taylor of Falkville; a son, Kenneth Wade Taylor and wife Laura of Alvarado, Tex.; a daughter, Deborah Thompson and husband Michael P. of Hartselle; two brothers, J.D. Taylor of Eva and Duane Taylor of Falkville; two sisters, Unzelle Livingston and Brenda White, both of Eva; and four grandchildren, Jarrod Thompson and Caleb Thompson, both of Hartselle and Brindley Taylor and Joanna Taylor, both of Alvarado, Tex..
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley or to the East Highland Baptist Church Building Fund.
