Long, Oaks to wed Nov. 5
Prentiss and Betty Long of Hartselle announce the engagement of their daughter, Tammy Melissa Long, to David Brian Oaks, son of Jerrell and Carolyn Oaks of Hartselle.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Speake High School and Calhoun Community College. She is employed with Regions Interstate Billing of Decatur. She is the granddaughter of the late Arle and Annie Long and the late Woodrow and Ethel Brown.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Austin High School and Bob Jones University. He is employed as a manager with NAFECO Inc. He is the grandson of Ola Lee Alldredge of Eva and the late M.P. Alldredge.
The wedding will be held Nov. 5 at Decatur Baptist Church.
