By Staff
Leada Gore, Hartselle Enquirer
Some money maneuvering on the part of Hartselle's City Council will save the city some $232,000 in bond payments.
The city council recently approved refinancing some $5.39 million bonds, including a portion of a 1998 bond and all of a 2000 bond. The city will save some $62,000 on its September 2006 payment and then $10,000 for the next 15 years.
