Job classification system examined

Hartselle is paying a Georgia company $17,500 to review the city's job classification and compensation plans.
The city has agreed to pay Condrey and Associates Inc. to review the current personnel classification system and pay scale and produce a job description and classification rank for each position.
Condrey will also recommend a pay plan for each job and provide training on the classification system.
The work is expected to be complete by July.
