Cramer wants veteran facility here

Rep. Bud Cramer is pushing for a new veteran’s clinic in North Alabama.
Cramer testified last week in front of the House Military Quality of Life and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Subcommittee.
Cramer asked for support for the Still Serving Veterans Project, which is being organized by Becky Phillips, wife of Redstone Commanding Major General James Pillsbury.
The project would help severely wounded veterans and their families find long-term career and community opportunities. The project would also assist with job training, career transition training and other life skills.
